To switch pharmacies, send us your name, date of birth, phone number, your current pharmacy and the medications you want to move. We contact your old pharmacy, transfer everything for you and call you when it’s ready. You can also call (519) 219-8500 or text a photo of your prescription to (226) 501-8100.

How long does a prescription transfer take?
Once you send your details, we contact your current pharmacy and call you when your prescription is ready. If you need it urgently, call us at (519) 219-8500.
What do I need to transfer my prescription?
Your full name, date of birth, phone number, your current pharmacy’s name and the medications you want to transfer. Rx numbers help but are optional.
Can I transfer all my prescriptions at once?
Yes. List the medications you want to move, or write “all”, and we handle the rest.
Do you offer free prescription delivery?
Yes. We offer free same-day medication delivery on refills and transfers. Call us to check whether we deliver to your area and for same-day cut-off times.
Do you accept the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB)?
Yes. Ontario Drug Benefit patients get $2 off. No insurance? Call us for alternate pricing options.
